Children's Aikido (6-12 years old) - increases discipline and concentration as well as being a non-aggressive approach to self-protection.
Teens (13-17 years old) - Emphasizes confidence building as well as self-defense.
Sunday evening class at the dojo are taught by a rotating group of black belts and typically focus on helping the kyu ranks prepare for promotional exams. Beginners are also welcome.
Aikido of San Jose students can train at Aikido of Mountain View on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, since there are no adult Aikido classes at ASJ.
