In-person class will be held on:
Thursdays: Noon – 1pm
Sundays: 11:30am – 1pm
Classes will be indoors with contact. To train, you must complete this waiver and upload proof of vaccination.
Virtual Dojo — online training sessions
All in=person classes are available as live stream over Zoom.
