Tai Chi
Tai Chi has been shown to promote health, flexibility, core strength, balance & longevity. It is non-impact exercise. Performing the movements can also decrease stress and create a centering and meditative experience.
Online Beginning Tai Chi Course:
Start: February 3, 2022
End: March 10, 2022 (6 weeks)
Time: Thursdays - 7:30 to 8:30pm

- New students: $100
- Active members of Aikido of San Jose: no cost.
- ASJ family members: half price ($50).
- Tai Chi Repeat students: half price ($50).
- Repeat students bringing in friend or family: no cost

Class will be taught by Jack Wada. He began his study of Tai Chi Chuan in Spring of 1970. He was certified to teach by Master Choy Kam Man in April of 1973. The course will concentrate on well-being through breath, relaxation, centering/grounding, which can help us through these challenging times. We will cover a 30 movement form in addition to the breathwork and wellness.
